Sephora Collaborates with Pantone 'Tangerine Tango Collection'

After Tuesday's interior post on 'Tangerine tango' I came across an interesting article about the latest collaboration with Pantone and cult cosmetics store Sephora.

Pantone the colour forecasting and matching firm is branching out as it becomes more trendy in the design world and has created a makeup line in partnership with sephora that revolves around its 2012 Color of the Year Tangerine Tango. 

With sleek, minimalist packaging inspired by the iconic PANTONE® Chip, I have my eye on the perspex brushes and lipsticks. Available from March at sephora.com

Tangerine Tango is the Pantone colour of 2012, I am not sure that I could live with this colour for long but I have to admit it's growing on me, here are a few images of where it looks its best in interiors.

I cannot believe what an amazing Spring we are having so far in the UK, my favourite season of all makes me feel so alive! After a dreary winter of greys and darkness it feels like a breath of fresh air to see nature awakening and beautiful colours. The buds are opening and everything is starting to turn green which stands for life! 

The sky today was clear blue and the sun shining at its best. 

I love my garden and beautiful flowers so I was prompted to snap away and take some close ups of the most beautiful Spring blooms to share with you all, enjoy and may the good weather continue...

I love Lonny!

Lonny is a bimonthly online magazine, launched in October 2009, that highlights amazing interiors, innovative bloggers and the latest market finds. 

The name was formed by combining London and New York, which are the hometowns of its two founders, the designer Michelle Adams and photographer Patrick Cline. 

Adams is the creator of Rubie Green, a collection of organic textiles and home accessories, and Cline is the founder of Brand Arts, a digital retouching and commercial photography printing company.

Neon - takes me back to the '80s'

When used sparingly neon colours create unique interiors, just one colour added to a simple scheme transforms and creates personality. Used against a white or dark palette, neons are incredible.
